Jade Batchelor 

My name is Jade Batchelor and I work for Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust as a Widening Participation & Volunteer Adviser; our aim is to grow our own workforce and get more young people working for the NHS. When I heard about the Enterprise Adviser role and the opportunity to work with Queensbridge school, I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to directly work with a local school to develop and evaluate the school’s careers plan.  I look forward to working with Karen to deliver a variety of career activities to support the young people in making an informed decision about their careers.  Knowledge is power!
