Specific areas of responsibility within the role:
- Assessment: Lead whole school assessment strategies and data reporting.
- Examinations: Oversee the examinations process for year 11
- Year 11 Outcomes: Monitor performance, implement intervention strategies, and work with middle leaders to ensure the best outcome for students
- Options Process: Lead on the Year 9 options, ensuring curriculum needs are met and providing information for informed decisions.
The successful candidate will:
- Be passionate about enhancing opportunities, educational outcomes, and life prospects for all students, working alongside the Deputy Headteacher to deliver a high-quality curriculum.
- Have a proven track record of successful leadership at middle or whole school level, with personal skills that align with a positive and committed team

The interview will consist of a two-day process that will take place on Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd October 2024.
